Please read this once. It explains how to use these training pages and what they are not.

About these guides

These pages are training material for people who use WorkCrest. They describe how the software works so you can learn it faster.

They are provided for general guidance only. We try to keep them accurate and up to date, but we do not promise they are complete or free of mistakes.

Your version may be different

WorkCrest is updated regularly. Your installation may have a different version, different settings, switched-off modules or different access rules from the ones shown here. Screens, buttons and default values can change.

The "Last updated" date at the bottom of each page shows when it was last changed. If something on your screen does not match a guide, trust your screen and ask your administrator.

Not professional advice

The explanations of GST, accounting, ledgers, approvals, leave and similar topics describe how the software behaves. They are not tax, accounting, audit, payroll or legal advice.

Tax and accounting rules differ by business and change over time. Always check with your own accountant, auditor or advisor before relying on any figure, report or process for filing, compliance or decision-making.

The reports in WorkCrest are working summaries, not statutory filings.

Sample data and screenshots

Names, amounts, numbers and other details shown in screenshots and examples are sample data used for training. They do not refer to real customers, suppliers or employees, and any resemblance to real people or businesses is coincidental.

Names and trademarks

WorkCrest and Buddhisetu are names used by Buddhisetu. Other product, company and service names mentioned on these pages belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them.

These pages, including the text and screenshots, are the property of Buddhisetu. You may use and print them for your own internal training. Please do not republish or sell them without our written permission.

These pages link to other sites, including our website and our YouTube channel. We do not control other sites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information. Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use apply to our website.

Your data on these pages

These training pages do not collect personal information. The only thing they remember is your light or dark theme choice, and it is stored in your own browser only.
